Out of nowhere came the news that one of the most hated gaming corporations has published the source code of the biggest modern military combat RTS known to man: Generals (& Zero Hour, of course)
As a huge Generals fan, at first, I called bullshit. EA providing modders? Nah, right? Then I browsed further. Its' real though, least so says the Github repo. More information over at the given Reddit post.

UPDATE: Yey. A video was also released along the rest of stuff never made it into final builds of Renegade and Generals, e.g. developers never-before-seen footage. Cool bits!
